You can accept or reject each change individually, retaining full control over the final version.

4,200 points cost $600 USD, with 1 point equivalent to approximately NT$4.43. Rates: Legal Legal Translation 0.5 pts/word; Contract Contract Review 1 pt/word. For example, a standard 10-page contract of 4,200 words costs 4,200 points, approximately NT$18,600. After each job, we email you the points deducted and your remaining balance.
You can purchase another 4,200-point package ($600 USD) to continue using all services. We notify you of your remaining balance after each completed job. If your balance is insufficient for a new submission, we will notify you before proceeding — points are never deducted without your prior awareness.
Wise offers transparent exchange rates (close to interbank rates) and minimal fees — the most cost-effective way to send international payments. You can transfer in TWD, USD, HKD, EUR, or any other currency; Wise converts automatically. Transfers typically arrive within 1–2 business days and are fully trackable.

Never — and your contract is protected by two independent safeguards. First: before any digital processing occurs, the attorney personally and manually deletes all company names, personal names, addresses, tax registration numbers, and bank account details (left blank). The processing system sees only a de-identified document and cannot identify any party. Second: all intermediate data generated during processing is automatically deleted within 30 days, with no retention or secondary use. Attorney-client confidentiality applies throughout.
Documents are retained for 12 months after delivery completion, then securely deleted with a confirmation notice. If you request early deletion, email us and we will process it within 3 business days※. Content processed via 本服務技術供應商's Commercial API is additionally auto-deleted by 本服務技術供應商 within 30 days.

Both translation and contract review are delivered at 5,000 words per business day※. For example, a 4,200-word contract is delivered in one business day; an 8,000-word contract in two business days. Business days are calculated according to the ROC Government Administrative Agency Office Calendar published by DGPA, excluding weekends, national holidays, and substitute holidays.

What documents are delivered for a translation job?
All translations deliver two documents: (1) Clean translation — the complete translation in the target language only, ready for use; (2) Bilingual reference — source and translation in parallel, for easy review and terminology verification. Both delivered as .docx files.
After completing your Wise transfer and emailing confirmation, we will send your unique Member ID (e.g. GE-2026-001) and 4,200-point balance confirmation within one business day※. This ID is required when submitting commissions for identity verification. Points are updated in real time after each completed job, with email notification.
Points are valid for one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust service rates. Following any rate adjustment announcement, purchased points remain at the original rate for 90 days; after 90 days, the new rate applies. All active members will be notified by email in advance of any adjustment.

資料收集範圍
What We Collect
我們收集的資料僅限於提供服務所必要之最小範圍，包含：您的姓名與電子郵件（用於確認委託與交件）、您上傳之 Word 文件及委託說明備註，以及 Wise 匯款確認資訊。
We collect only what is strictly necessary: your name and email (for confirmation and delivery), uploaded Word documents and submission notes, and Wise transfer confirmation details.
We do not collect ID numbers, credit card information, or any sensitive personal data beyond service requirements. All payments are processed through Wise — we do not access or store any financial account data.
This service applies strict dual-layer technical and contractual protection to all documents submitted for processing, ensuring your data is protected to the highest standard throughout the entire workflow.
Core protection mechanisms:
· De-identification pre-processing: All identifying information is manually deleted by the attorney before any digital processing occurs (see Section 03).
· Zero data retention: Any intermediate data generated during processing is automatically deleted within 30 days, with no retention or secondary use.
· International data protection compliance: The technical infrastructure used by this service complies with EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs Module Two & Three) and the UK IDTA, meeting GDPR cross-border data transfer requirements.
· Data controller responsibility: This service acts as the data controller for your documents. All processing is conducted solely under our instructions and may not be used or transferred to any third party.
Before any document is submitted for digital processing, the attorney personally performs manual de-identification, deleting the following five categories of identifying information:
① Party company names (Party A / Party B)
② Personal names (signatories, contacts)
③ Addresses (registered office, performance location)
④ Tax registration / Unified Business Numbers
⑤ Bank account numbers and monetary amounts
All items are deleted (left blank), not substituted with codes — the system cannot identify any party from the document it processes.
After de-identification, the attorney retains a substitution reference table and personally restores all identifying information upon completion of review, before delivering the final redlined document to you. The entire process is handled exclusively by the attorney — no third-party system is involved.
All submitted documents are protected by attorney-client confidentiality and used solely for your commission — never for model training, research, or any secondary purpose.
Any intermediate data generated during processing is automatically deleted within 30 days, with no retention or secondary use. Even at the de-identified document level, your data is protected by dual independent safeguards.
Documents are stored on encrypted servers with TLS 1.3 in transit. Default retention: 12 months after delivery, then securely deleted with confirmation notice. Early deletion requests processed within 3 business days※.
Intermediate processing data is automatically deleted within 30 days, operating independently from our 12-month document retention policy.
"Business day" is calculated according to the Republic of China Government Administrative Agency Office Calendar published by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (DGPA), excluding weekends, national holidays, and substitute holidays. Please refer to the
official DGPA calendar.
If a commission falls during a holiday period or adjusted working day, delivery will be extended accordingly, and the client will be notified by email.
