Track Changes is Microsoft Word's revision tracking feature. The reviewed .docx file you receive shows deleted text in red strikethrough and suggested additions underlined, with comments explaining the legal rationale for each change. You can accept or reject each change individually, retaining full control over the final version.

This service provides AI + Human review only. Every submission is personally reviewed by the attorney. AI (Anthropic Claude Opus) handles initial analysis and clause identification; the attorney then verifies each risk assessment, evaluates the appropriateness of suggested changes, and confirms the legal basis of every comment. Pure AI output carries unacceptable liability risk for legal documents, so we do not offer it.

These are the attorney's proprietary knowledge bases, structured as machine-readable rules covering semantic clause classification (obligations, representations, warranties, exclusions), common defect patterns, cross-jurisdictional terminology mappings, and WorldCC international contracting principles. The AI references these rule sets during review, ensuring analytical consistency and legal depth beyond general language model reasoning.
4,200 points cost $600 USD, with 1 point equivalent to approximately NT$4.43. Rates: Legal Translation (AI+Human) 0.5 pts/word; Contract Review (AI+Human) 1 pt/word. For example, a standard 10-page contract of 4,200 words costs 4,200 points, approximately NT$18,600. After each job, we email you the points deducted and your remaining balance.
You can purchase another 4,200-point package ($600 USD) to continue using all services. We notify you of your remaining balance after each completed job. If your balance is insufficient for a new submission, we will notify you before proceeding — points are never deducted without your prior awareness.
Wise offers transparent exchange rates (close to interbank rates) and minimal fees — the most cost-effective way to send international payments. You can transfer in TWD, USD, HKD, EUR, or any other currency; Wise converts automatically. Transfers typically arrive within 1–2 business days and are fully trackable.
Never. This service uses the Anthropic Commercial API, governed by Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Under the DPA, content sent via the commercial API is never used for model training and is automatically deleted within 30 days. This is categorically different from the claude.ai consumer product. Attorney-client confidentiality also applies throughout.
Documents are retained for 12 months after delivery completion, then securely deleted with a confirmation notice. If you request early deletion, email us and we will process it within 3 business days※. Content processed via Anthropic's Commercial API is additionally auto-deleted by Anthropic within 30 days.

Both translation and contract review are delivered at 5,000 words per business day※. For example, a 4,200-word contract is delivered in one business day; an 8,000-word contract in two business days. Business days are calculated according to the ROC Government Administrative Agency Office Calendar published by DGPA, excluding weekends, national holidays, and substitute holidays.

翻譯會交付哪些文件？
What documents are delivered for a translation job?
All translations deliver two documents: (1) Clean translation — the complete translation in the target language only, ready for use; (2) Bilingual reference — source and translation in parallel, for easy review and terminology verification. Both delivered as .docx files.
After completing your Wise transfer and emailing confirmation, we will send your unique Member ID (e.g. GE-2026-001) and 4,200-point balance confirmation within one business day※. This ID is required when submitting commissions for identity verification. Points are updated in real time after each completed job, with email notification.
Points are valid for one year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust service rates. Following any rate adjustment announcement, purchased points remain at the original rate for 90 days; after 90 days, the new rate applies. All active members will be notified by email in advance of any adjustment.

We collect only what is strictly necessary: your name and email (for confirmation and delivery), uploaded Word documents and submission notes, and Wise transfer confirmation details.
We do not collect ID numbers, credit card information, or any sensitive personal data beyond service requirements. All payments are processed through Wise — we do not access or store any financial account data.

本服務契約審閱服務採用 Anthropic 商用 API（Claude Opus）作為 AI 審閱引擎，結合本服務律師多年累積之多層次本體論審閱規則（Playbook 及語意規則），提供高精度的法律條款分析與修改建議。
This practice uses the Anthropic Commercial API (Claude Opus) as its AI review engine, combined with the attorney's proprietary multi-layered ontological review rules (Playbook and semantic rules) built from years of practice experience, delivering high-precision legal clause analysis and redlining.
The Anthropic Commercial API is governed by the Anthropic Data Processing Addendum (DPA). The DPA is automatically incorporated into Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service — accepting the commercial terms constitutes acceptance of the DPA; no separate signature is required.
Key protections under the Anthropic Commercial API DPA:
· Zero training retention: Prompts and outputs sent via the commercial API are not used for model training and are automatically deleted within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
· Data processor role: Anthropic acts as a "data processor" and we act as the "data controller." Anthropic processes data only on our instructions and may not use or sell it for any other purpose.
· Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): The DPA incorporates EU SCCs (Module Two & Three) and the UK IDTA, ensuring GDPR-compliant international data transfers.
· Technical & organizational security measures: Anthropic commits to implementing and maintaining appropriate technical and organizational security measures (see DPA Schedule 2).

您上傳之所有文件均受律師職業保密義務（attorney-client confidentiality）保護。文件僅供本事務所處理委託之用途，不作任何其他用途，包括訓練 AI 模型或學術研究。
本服務使用 Anthropic 商用 API 處理委託文件。依 Anthropic DPA，商用 API 傳送之內容不納入模型訓練資料集，30 天後自動刪除，與 claude.ai 消費者版本（可能納入訓練）完全不同，請放心使用。
All submitted documents are protected by attorney-client confidentiality. Documents are used solely for processing your submission — never for AI model training, research, or any secondary purpose.
We use the Anthropic Commercial API to process all submissions. Under the Anthropic DPA, commercial API content is never used for model training and is deleted within 30 days — this is categorically different from the claude.ai consumer product (where training opt-in applies). Your documents are safe.

Documents are stored on encrypted servers with TLS 1.3 in transit. Default retention: 12 months after delivery, then securely deleted with confirmation notice. Early deletion requests processed within 3 business days※.
Content processed via the Anthropic Commercial API is automatically deleted by Anthropic within 30 days of the API call under the DPA — this operates independently from our 12-month document retention policy.
"Business day" is calculated according to the Republic of China Government Administrative Agency Office Calendar published by the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan (DGPA), excluding weekends, national holidays, and substitute holidays. Please refer to the
official DGPA calendar.
If a commission falls during a holiday period or adjusted working day, delivery will be extended accordingly, and the client will be notified by email.
